When sunshine leaks in through the curtains,
A soft breeze stirs us both awaken.
Your wake-up kiss like love from heaven..
Never have I felt this way,
Every sunrise marks a fresh new day.

With raindrops caressing past our cheeks,
A long hug from you was all I'd seek.
You smiled; I couldn't help sneak a peek..
Never have I laughed this way,
Every chuckle keeps our gloom at bay.

While sundown dyes the blue skies crimson,
And wraps our forms in a bold red ribbon.
Your glances hooks me much like poison..
Never have I spoke this way,
Every sentence soft like gentle grey.

When daytime turns into a starry night,
And moonlight glows like sunshine bright.
Your lead brings us to a whole new height..
Never have I danced this way,
Every contact begging you to stay.

I'll say this once, I won't repeat twice..

Leaving you behind is the last thing I'd do,
Overcoming this pain is possible, with you.
Veering through them leers untrue,
Each place your love could bring us to..

You're the only reason I seek to hold,
One flame that shall never burn cold,
Underneath those stars shining bold..

Oh my darling, I love you so.
